Fulfillment is within 24 hours from payment and product is shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail (1-3 days) within the continental USA.  Please contact us if you need the product shipped in another way.

Orders can be cancelled up and until the item(s) are shipped.

Return Policy VitaStrength® 100% Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return any item purchased from VitaStrength® for any reason within sixty (60) days of purchase. Each product must have an RMA#, which can be provided to you by contacting our Customer Service Team via phone or our Contact Us Page.  For online and catalog orders, the product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds for unopened items will be issued via your original form of payment. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. VitaStrength® reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Where To Mail Your Return

Send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. You must carefully package the product, write the RMA# on the outside of the box, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 60 day period.
